Physiological Birth Class
This 3 hour online class presents birth as a rite of passage and explores how expectant parents can support physiological childbirth from this perspective. Participants gain awareness regarding the medical model of birth which disrupts this normal, healthy process of biology, which often creates complications.
Birth partners learn to recognize birth as the instinctual, intuitive process that it is, how to protect normal, and discover how to be mindfully present for their partner, during their time of transformation.
Birthing persons receive affirmation about their intuition and instincts, to trust their 'primal birthing' self. Explore how to access ancient body wisdom, to navigate their birth journey, to emerge from pregnancy into motherhood ready to protect and bond with their newborn.
